Adam B. Jones is a Columbia native who, after spending a few years in Charleston attending College of Charleston, started working at Jones, McAden & Associates, LLC in the winter of 2002. As the Executive Director of the American Council of Engineering Companies of South Carolina and the South Carolina Society of Professional Engineers, he manages the day to day operations and is a one of its registered lobbyists. Adam also helps manage JMA’s other clients, organizing meetings, golf tournaments, and conferences.
Adam married the love of his life Brooke in 2006 after following her to Columbia while she was a student at USC. He loves spending time with Brooke and their chocolate lab, Brady. In his spare time, Adam enjoys traveling, collecting vinyl records, playing music, and hanging out with family and friends. He loves to paddle and fish on the Saluda and Congaree Rivers, spending time on Lake Murray, and being outdoors.
Adam holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration Management from Limestone College, and a Master’s of Science in Environmental Management from Webster University. He is passionate about environmental advocacy and education and hopes to take this passion into his work. Jones is a member of the South Carolina Society of Association Executives, were he is currently on the Executive Committee, Congaree Riverkeeper, Conservation Voters of South Carolina, and Trout Unlimited (Saluda River Chapter).
